On November the 27th,Paddie from canterbury sports came and done some cricket skills. We had groups off 3 batters and the rest off the class. and we also played a game of out we had to catch a ball and then find 3 close people to you and once you pass it round the circle you shout OUT!! hope you enjoy

Last wensday Miss meilkel read us   a book  about knights and we had a choice to work in buddies or on your own I drew a picture off what in my view looks like.

Pet day

On  October the 19th  we had pet day where lots of children brought their pets their was a wide selection off animals such as lambs,goats,chickens,dogs birds, chickens,rabbits,cats and horses.
I brought my cat Gerry he did not like his carry bag and tried to escape.

we have been reading this book called refugee by Allan Gratz. In the story their is a young syrian by called mahmoud and his familey have been sent to a detention centre. And here is my drawing of one off 100 refugge this refugee has been beaten with a night stick hope you injoy

Persuasive Writing

In writing we have been working on persuasive writing,  if we should have headphones or not. I choose why we don't need headphones. I believe that we don't need.

Why We Don’t Need Headphones

We are meant to go to school to learn, not to listen to our favourite tunes. I think that people spend too much time switching songs and watching the videos that go with the song. They get distracted and don't complete their work to a high expectation.

People also try to race to get the fancy headphones and people take the other persons ones and that starts an argument. When the teacher says "Shut your chromebooks", the teacher has to say "Headphones off" too.

When the teacher says an instruction children will not be able to hear.  For example when we do the instruction they will say "WHAT did you say?"  The teacher will have to repeat.

Conclusion:
Why, why, why, use headphones, its a waste of time and people do not get their work done. Even people sneak on youtube!!!

So no headphones no worries !!!!!!!
